"Our purpose is to help you unlock your potential and live your best life. I believe that true wellbeing encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and social health, and I created the five points of LifeStar to guide you."

At LifeStar, we combine the latest research with proven methodologies to create personalised solutions unique to you and your lifestyle.

We understand that everyone's journey is unique.  That's why we take a personalised approach.  Whether you're an executive seeking to manage stress, a parent striving to balance family and self care, or a professional looking to maximise your longevity, LifeStar is here to guide you.

LifeStar founder Sue Johnston is an internationally accredited leadership coach. She is also a registered nurse with experience in health policy and quality improvement. Sue used all of her knowledge and expertise to create LifeStar®.

After years of testing and development, the LifeStar app was launched in 2022.

Today, the LifeStar® is used by leaders, workplace teams and sports coaches worldwide. LifeStar® supports them to make positive changes and living healthier lives.

LifeStar's unique approach to wellbeing

Sue's investigation into what makes us healthy and happy uncovered five elements contributing to wellbeing. LifeStar® uses these five elements to create a guide that is easy to personalise.

  • Move
  • Stop
  • Care
  • Connect
  • Achieve

You must blend these five connected points to find balance, which will lead to better stress management, more self-care, and longer, healthier lives.

This can be difficult in today's world, where messages about wellbeing are often conflicting: "Run for your health," "Running is bad for you," "Work hard," "Don't forget to relax." Mixed signals can make people feel unmotivated and unsure of what to do.
