"LifeStar exists to solve an expensive problem: leaders and clients running out of energy, losing momentum, and stalling their potential. Wellbeing alone isn’t enough. What’s needed is human sustainability — a way to fuel energy, protect resilience, and deliver results that last."

Who We Work With:

  • Leadership and executive coaches who want clients to stay engaged and performing.
  • HR and OD Leaders embedding human sustainability into their workplaces.
  • Leaders ready to protect their energy and unlock their potential and enjoyment of life.

Our Difference:

LifeStar isn't a checklist of wellness tips. It's a practical system for human sustainability and leadership energy - designed to keep progress alive, and results enduring.

At LIfeStar, we combine the latest research with proven methodologies to create personalised solutions unique to you and your lifestyle.

LifeStar founder Sue Johnston is an internationally accredited leadership coach. She is also a registered nurse with experience in health policy and quality improvement. Sue used all of her knowledge and expertise to create LifeStar®.

After years of testing and development, the LifeStar app was launched in 2022.

Today, the LifeStar® is used by leaders, workplace teams and sports coaches worldwide. LifeStar® supports them to make positive changes and living healthier lives.

LifeStar's unique approach to wellbeing

The LifeStar framework is built on five points:

  • Move
  • Stop
  • Care
  • Connect
  • Achieve

Together, they form a simple, science-backed system that makes balance visible, energy measurable, and progress sustainable.

This can be difficult in today's world, where messages about wellbeing are often conflicting: "Run for your health," "Running is bad for you," "Work hard," "Don't forget to relax." Mixed signals can make people feel unmotivated and unsure of what to do.
