Workplace Support
Supporting leadership that holds up in real life
LifeStar supports organisations to build leadership capacity that is effective and sustainable.
In demanding environments, performance doesn’t break down because people don’t care or lack capability. It breaks down when energy, focus, and perspective are stretched over time — and leaders don’t have a shared way to notice, talk about, or respond to that.
LifeStar provides a practical framework for personal sustainability that helps leaders lead well — and keep going.

What LifeStar brings into workplaces
LifeStar gives leaders and teams a shared, practical way to:
- understand how energy, pressure, and pace affect performance
- build trust and accountability
- support wellbeing and results at the same time
- have more honest, human
conversations about capacity and focus.
This isn’t about adding another initiative.
It’s about strengthening how leadership is practised day to day.
LifeStar is evidence-informed and shaped through years of real-world application.
It draws on research from leadership, resilience, and behavioural science, and has been refined through extensive use with leaders working in complex, high-pressure environments.
Today, leaders across sectors and countries use LifeStar to guide everyday decisions — helping them remain impactful, confident in their leadership, and able to sustain both performance and enjoyment over time.
Because LifeStar is simple, personalised, and practical, leaders continue to use it long after workshops or programmes end.
FOR INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTORS
LifeStar supports individual contributors who are carrying high expectations, complex work, and sustained pressure — without formal leadership to:
-
understand and manage their own energy, focus, and workload
-
make clearer decisions about priorities and boundaries
-
stay engaged and effective during periods of change or pressure
-
contribute confidently without burning out or disengaging
This gives organisations a shared framework that supports accountability at every level.
FOR LEADERS OF TEAMS
For leaders of teams, LifeStar helps build the confidence and skill to:
-
talk openly about energy, focus, and workload
-
support team members through pressure and change
-
hold clear expectations while staying human
-
model sustainable leadership behaviours
Leaders don’t need to become wellbeing experts.
They need a trusted structure for conversations they’re already having — or avoiding.
LifeStar provides that structure.
FOR LEADERS OF LEADERS
-
For leaders of leaders, LifeStar provides a credible framework to:
-
support leaders to sustain energy and perspective over time
-
build confidence in conversations about pressure, boundaries, and priorities
-
notice early signs of overload — in themselves and others
-
lead in ways that protect long-term performance, not just short-term output
-
LifeStar creates a shared language leaders can use to support one another — without judgement or micromanagement.
How LifeStar is used
LifeStar workplace support can include:
- leadership and team workshops
- Facilitated conversations using the LifeStar framework
- leadership coaching
- integration with existing leadership and development programmes.
The framework is flexible and adapts to different organisational contexts, while maintaining a shared core.

Working within groups offered new friendships and the accountability to support each other on our change journey."
“The Lifestar Reset challenge allowed me to evaluate which activities/ ways of being in my life I am consistently achieving, and those that could benefit from a little more attention. It's a powerful self evaluation tool and is based on contemporary research in behavioural science. I've found LifeStar a useful tool for coaching clients in holistic cancer rehab self care.”

I hear you. I designed the online programmes to be micro learning session so that most of what your team are practical actions that integrate into their everyday life.
Once they learn the five areas of the LifeStar that need to be blended and balanced, they will find that they almost subconsciously check in and become more aware of where they are putting their energy. As a result, they will be building their resilience reserves to have more impact at work, presence at home and make time for their favourite hobbies.
What will it cost the company?
There is a price per employee. When you enrol more than 20 people in a LifeStar programme, you will receive discounted offerings.

Prices currently range from NZ$250 - $976 per employee.
There are additional costs for group and one one coaching and facilitation online and in person.
How long does it take?
